The two testicles are the main primary male reproductive organs which produce the sperm and testosterone. These testicles are in man’s scrotum which is the fat pouch of tissue that resides under man’s penis. Through this ultrasound technique, the computer will process the echoes and based on different echoes the radiologist can check whether any a hostile tumour resides.

How should man prepare for scrotal Ultrasound?

There are no special preparations required for a scrotal ultrasound test. Unlike other ultrasounds testing, men don’t require any dietary restrictions, fasting or a full bladder before the test.

If you are taking any medications, just concern with your doctors though hardly any medication interrupt or discontinue the test.
